Registration Fee Waiver for Students and Postdocs in Economically Developing Countries

With the generous support made available by the below organizations, we have decided to offer a limited number of registration fee waived to authors based in developing countries. Waiver registration fee is applied to Students and Postdocs participants residing and working in developing countries.

Please refer to the following procedure to get a waived fee for your registration at SCES 2025.

Target: Students or Postdocs from developing countries defined by the world bank's list of low-income, lower-middle-income and upper-middle-income economies. 

Qualification: Must be a presenter of oral or poster contribution.

Required Documents: Submit application form and academic advisor’s recommendation letter

Process:

  1. Submit the filled application form and an academic advisor’s recommendation letter by April 10th at sces-bursary@conferium.com . UPLOAD THIS APPLICATION FORM.
  2. Submitted applications will be reviewed by the committee and selected participants will be contacted individually by April 15.
  3. The final selected participant should proceed with the formal registration process directly on the website
    using the instructions received in the acceptation letter.
  4. After registration is completed we will send you an invitation letter for Visa application, if needed.

Waived registration fee
Postdoc: CAD 875 (USD 630)
Student: CAD 550 (USD 400)
Fee includes: All Sessions, Conference Kit, Welcoming Reception, Coffee Breaks
